Additionally, the position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation (such as cash bonus(es).Job SummaryThe MI Modality Manager will be responsible for working with a local account executive team to provide our product solutions for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers. Successful candidates will demonstrate the characteristics of authenticity and integrity that is needed to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our customers. Also, will serve as the technical product expert for clients as they consider the United Imaging equipment and service offerings.Must be Located: Midwest RegionDuties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop business strategy for modality products with a given region, leveraging the United Imaging portfolio to meet market potentialEstablish the United Imaging modality brand with the region, growing the installed base and reputation by delighting customers with superior customer orientationSupport account executives with both proven and creative strategy, product knowledge, clinical motivators, and business insight to advance sales opportunitiesDevelop and maintain an understanding of the unique customer needs (clinical, operation, financial) that are specific to a given customers' environmentBe the voice of the customer to present their perspective and needs as related to the planning, evaluation, purchasing, and clinical usage of the modalityConsult and present for customers on product offerings and guide customers through the sales processCultivate and maintain relationships with clients that have influence in PET/CT equipment decisions, including radiologists, radiology managers, and technologistsAchieve sales quota for your assigned territorySupport the account team with strategy to develop and maintain a qualified sales funnel to ensure over-achievementEngage and leverage the internal support team to advance sales projects through product knowledge, clinical demonstrations, and customer installed base referencesDevelop and maintain regional customer references and a regional installed base that is delighted with United Imaging productsMaintain deep domain expertise in healthcare as pertaining to the MI modality, including market and competitive intelligenceRequirementsEducationBachelor's degree or above; clinical PET/CT experience is also desirableExperienceCandidates will have 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within a PET/CT modality (or related) sales roleDemonstration of technical, clinical, operational, and financial knowledge pertaining to the PET/CT business of US customersSuccessful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goalsRequired Skills or/ AttributesDemonstration of strong customer orientation, high energy and motivation, and willingness to travel within an assigned region (up to 75% and located near a major airport)Integrity/Resourceful/Self-Starter/Prospecting Skills/Consultative & Solutions SellingStrong Communication Skills/Strong Business Acumen/Competitive Spirit/CoachableObjection Handling Skills/Negotiation and Closing Skills/Results-driven/FlexibleStrong Presentation Skills/Executive Presence/Collaborative.Diversity, Equity, and InclusionUnited Imaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
