Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join a busy local appliance company in Lincoln, NE. Job Duties:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and assist with questions
  • Schedule service appointments and help coordinate technician schedules
  • Provide customers with updates regarding service calls, repairs, and appointments
  • Enter and update customer information in the computer system
  • Assist with basic paperwork, data entry, and office duties
  • Communicate professionally with customers, service technicians, and other team members
  • Help resolve customer concerns and make sure customers receive timely follow-upMaintain accurate and organized records
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, call center, or office experience preferred
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems
  • Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
