The Carlyle Group's U.S. Real Estate team seeks a 2-Year Analyst to support financial analysis, reporting, process improvement, and technology initiatives across the portfolio. You will apply strong Excel skills and AI tools to translate business needs into practical solutions. You'll work with the U.S. Real Estate team and software developers to test functionality, build models, and deliver analyses on valuations, debt, acquisitions, and fund performance.
