About the role

Community Automotive Repair in Grand Rapids is seeking a Service Advisor Level 2 to keep repair work organized, clearly communicated, and moving on time. This customer-facing role requires you to welcome customers, document service needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow. You will schedule work, explain services, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, handling about 30 repair orders at once. Onsite at 846 Fulton St E, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
