About the role

Executive & Personal Assistant
Location: Holmdel, NJ, 5 days onsite, *must live close to the office
Compensation: $75K–$85K+ depending on experience
Benefits: Fully paid healthcare + bonus eligibility
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional flexibility after hours/weekends The EA supports the CEO and CFO directly and is really meant to be a right-hand person. It’s a mix of traditional executive support and personal assistance, so they need someone who genuinely enjoys being the person who just figures things out and gets things done.
Key responsibilities: Managing complex calendars, meetings, appointments and scheduling Coordinating travel, reservations and logistics Accounting experience with Net Suite is a huge plus Handling correspondence, documents, expenses and records Researching information and putting together basic spreadsheets Ordering supplies/products and keeping the office running smoothly Coordinating with vendors, IT, maintenance and other service providers Handling personal errands and household/family-related tasks when needed Planning or assisting with events and reservations Managing confidential information with discretion Following up on loose ends without needing to be reminded Taking vaguely defined requests and independently figuring out how to execute them The personality fit is a HUGE part of this one. They want someone polished, extremely proactive, organized, trustworthy, resourceful and detail-oriented. Someone who stays a few steps ahead of Jordan and Kim rather than waiting to be told what to do. Technology-wise, they don't need some crazy technical background, but they want someone who is comfortable with AI/tools, good at internet research, can handle basic spreadsheets, and learns new systems quickly. And the fun selling point: it’s a fast-growing nostalgic candy company, so this isn't a buttoned-up corporate EA job. They’d be right alongside senior leadership at a company bringing recognizable nostalgic candy brands back to life.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
