Office Assistant We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position demands excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence Maintain and organize office filing systems, both electronic and physical Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Monitor and order office supplies to ensure availability at all times Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus Competitive salary package.
