About the role
Managing non-financial post-award activities, the full-time Post Award Team Lead will oversee the administration of sponsored research awards, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate communication with sponsors, while working onsite, in a hybrid, or remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee portfolio management of awarded sponsored programs, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and university regulations
Serve as the technical administrator for sponsor systems, managing user access and compliance tasks
Provide leadership and support to the Post Award Team, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality customer service
Required qualifications:
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with significant relevant work experience
Experience in grants administration within a research or academic environment
Demonstrated accounting and budgeting experience
