About the role

As a Senior Automotive Industry Partner, the full-time remote position will act as a strategic advisor to Client Partners in the Automotive vertical, focusing on revenue growth, go-to-market strategies, and building executive relationships while driving client success through innovative digital transformation solutions. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance to Client Partners on leveraging digital transformation solutions for Automotive manufacturing challenges Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with industry trends and client priorities to ensure competitive positioning Build and expand executive-level relationships across the Automotive vertical to drive growth and establish UST as a thought leader Required qualifications At least 15 years of experience in client relationship management and strategic account development Deep understanding of the Automotive manufacturing industry and trends in digital transformation Proven ability to influence client strategies through strategic advisory and domain expertise Experience in driving profitable growth and managing P&L responsibilities Ability to build long-term relationships at the CXO and CXO-1 level with a consultative approach
