About the role

Top Tier Asset Manager is looking for a Solutions Engineer to help design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions!

Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Lead system implementations and platform enhancements, with a focus on Salesforce
Build workflows, dashboards, and automations to support multiple teams
Integrate AI-powered tools to improve knowledge management, search, and automation
Diagnose and resolve platform issues to maintain system performance
Develop documentation, training materials, and support user adoption

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or related roles
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or development experience
Familiarity with LLM tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies
Experience with Python, SQL, or Apex is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to navigate complex problems and deliver practical solutions
