About the role
Overview:
The role involves working with a wide range of clients to analyze and mitigate risks related to the collection, storage, distribution, and use of data.
Key responsibilities include privacy counseling and guidance, drafting data retention policies, data privacy and processing agreements, incident response plans, and breach notifications, as well as assisting with data breach response matters.
The Associate will handle artificial intelligence (AI) matters and keep current with state and federal privacy/AI laws and cybersecurity regulations.
Candidates must have a demonstrated interest in the field, including CIPP certification.
Some experience with AI, incident response, and data breach matters is ideal.
