This position is ideal for a skilled skincare professional who excels at building a client base, driving marketing initiatives, and leveraging social media to grow their business. This is a tier-based, commission-only opportunity, offering high earning potential for driven professionals who want the freedom to scale their income directly based on client retention, service volume, and product sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Skin Care Services: Perform high-quality, customized facial treatments, skin analyses, and specialized aesthetic procedures following industry safety and quality standards.
Client Acquisition & Retention: Actively market services to attract new clients and convert first-time guests into loyal, recurring clientele.
Social Media & Brand Promotion: Create engaging content (before-and-after visuals, educational reels, skincare tips, and service promotions) to showcase your expertise and bring in new business.
Product Consultations: Provide expert home-care recommendations using our partner brands and certified product lines to maximize treatment outcomes and retail revenue.
Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming treatment room according to New York State licensing and health regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Licensure: Active New York State Esthetician license (Required).
Certifications:
Advanced certifications in specialized modalities or specific skincare product lines (e.g., chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, or professional skincare lines).
Experience:
Proven experience as a licensed esthetician with a strong track record of client satisfaction and product recommendations.
Social Media & Marketing: Strong personal or professional social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with demonstrated skill in self-promotion and local marketing.
Business Mindset: Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with strong sales ability and customer service skills.
Location:
- Must be local or able to reliably commute to Jamaica, NY.Compensation & Structure
- Commission Structure: Tier-based commission structure. As your client volume, service revenue, and retail sales increase, your commission percentage scales up accordingly.
