About the role

Analyze labor performance and warehouse operations to identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Generate, review, and distribute Labor Management System (LMS) reports to facility leadership. Monitor labor standards, performance trends, and operational data. Identify reporting errors and work with supervisors to ensure accurate data and timekeeping. Provide recommendations to site leadership based on labor performance and analytics. Partner with supervisors and operations teams to improve labor execution and accountability. Train new supervisors on LMS functionality, reporting, and system processes. Provide LMS support and assist operations teams with system troubleshooting. Support labor process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. Review employee time clock activity for accuracy. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to labor functions. Work with LMS/WMS systems, including Manhattan software, within a fast-paced distribution and 3PL environment. Labor Management Analyst Final
