About the role

We're hiring and building a UAS company in southern New Hampshire (position in person). Stealth, funded, and past the "will it fly" stage. The first wave is a five people who can take a design from CAD to flight line without a handoff meeting in between. UAS Software Engineer - Ardu Pilot, Python, C++, LUA scripting, HTML. You'll live inside the autopilot. UAS Network Engineer - Tailscale, Raspberry Pi / Jetson, Ardu Pilot, VPN, multicast, video streaming. Keeping the link alive when it very much doesn't want to be. UAV Engineer (Utility Player) - The translator between "good idea" and "flying aircraft." Real-world flight experience so you can call feasibility before we cut parts. UAS Electrical Engineer - Embedded electrical, PCB and circuit design, STM32, I2C, power distribution. UAS Mechanical Engineer - Solid Works/CAD, drone-centric design, hands-on fabrication. Aero background preferred. Small team, short decision chains, real hardware in the shop. If you'd rather build than sit in review cycles, this is the one. Hit me up direct if you're interested.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
