About the role

Pratt & Whitney Compression Systems is seeking a Senior Integrated Product Team Leader to own the HPC ECU static hardware effort. You will lead cross-functional IPTs, drive milestones, and interface with government customers to ensure requirements are met. You will partner with CIPT and IPMT leaders, helping shape staffing and development across the program while ensuring alignment with program goals and schedules. This onsite role includes travel and a competitive benefits package.
