About the role
Overview Assists and consults in supporting process improvement teams. Responsibilities Assist with benchmarking and surveys. Assist in the facilitation of process improvement efforts. Qualifications At least 4 years of IT experience in development, testing, or operations and training in process improvement, Six Sigma, CMMI, or related process improvement methods. At least 2 years of IT-related process improvement experience. A four-year degree in Business or Computer Science (additional 4 years of experience can be substituted for this degree). Employment Type: Full Time.
