About the role

Growing Private Baby Apparel & Product Company seeking a talented Allocation/Customer Service Manager. This is a newly created role that monitors and reviews customer orders, inventory and anticipates issues in advance to maximize timely order fulfillment and compliance. This position will work with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service.
Key responsibilities include: Order Management, Order Allocation Review by Account, Retailer Order Management, Sales Partnership, Shipping & On-time Delivery. This is a new individual contributor role that will report to the President. Great family culture, been in business 70 years. Hybrid work situation. Must have BS/BA DegreeMust have 5+ years customer service/supply chain experience working with all aspects of the company to meet customer needs. Must have strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, ability to prioritize, self starter, strong follow-up skills, problem solver, and excellent communication skills Strong computer skills - especially Excel - Pivot tables, Vlookup/xlookup, inventory reporting Easy location when using public transportation into NYC
Compensation: $80k - $90K, hybrid role
