About the role

Job Description
About the Role: We're hiring a hands-on performance marketer to own the day-to-day execution of our paid media program. Paid Social and Paid Search are our two largest channels, and most of our campaigns run in-house rather than through an agency. You'll live inside the ad platforms, monitor and optimize performance daily, clean up how our accounts are structured, and give leadership a clear, defensible read on what's actually driving results. This is an execution seat for someone who wants to build and operate, not hand work off.
Day-to-Day: Own daily and weekly monitoring across Paid Social and Paid Search, tracking click-through, spend, CAC, and channel efficiency. Run diagnostics on current channels and partners to find where performance can improve, and audit and rebuild account structures in-platform where they're not set up correctly. Execute new creative on a roughly biweekly cadence. Translate performance into a clear point of view for leadership on which channels and creative are and aren't working. Manage affiliate execution, including verifying links are correct and tracking properly. Build and maintain the tracking, pixel, and attribution infrastructure so reporting is trustworthy end to end. Deliver ongoing reporting, monitoring, and optimization.
Skills and Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with deep expertise in Google Ads and Performance Max, plus direct experience managing Meta and TikTok campaigns. Proven success managing and optimizing large-scale paid media budgets ($500K-$1M+ monthly spend) with accountability for CAC, conversion performance, and channel efficiency. Hands-on experience implementing, auditing, and optimizing pixels, conversion tracking, attribution frameworks, and measurement infrastructure (Meta CAPI, event tracking, platform integrations, etc.).Experience identifying measurement gaps and partnering with engineering, analytics, legal, and privacy teams to improve data quality, attribution accuracy, and reporting. Strong understanding of eCommerce and long-consideration customer journeys, with experience optimizing campaigns across multiple touchpoints and conversion stages. Ability to analyze campaign and creative performance data, uncover actionable insights, and confidently present recommendations to leadership. Proven track record of being highly hands-on in platform execution, including campaign launches, optimization, testing, account audits, and account restructuring. Experience with Snapchat Ads, Reddit, YouTube, and affiliate marketing programs. Familiarity with Triple Whale, Google Tag Manager, Looker, Shopify, or similar marketing technology platforms. Experience conducting or leveraging brand lift studies and advanced attribution methodologies. Background supporting consumer brands with premium or high consideration purchase cycles. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or the recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
