Position Summary:
We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload and be open to seeing adolescents and teens with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in‑person and remotely.

Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions
Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
Maintain documentation per company policiesQualificationsMaster’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey
Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (exp with Valant a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
