Responsibilities: Responsibilities vary by client program and may include: Answering inbound customer calls Assisting customers with questions and account needs Processing service requests or transactions Coordinating roadside or other service assistance Providing scheduling or reservation support Documenting customer interactions accurately Navigating multiple computer systems Delivering professional, solution-focused support

Qualifications: Applicants should have: High school diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer and typing proficiency Ability to navigate multiple applications Professional and dependable work habits Ability to work independently Quiet, distraction-free workspace Reliable high-speed internet A compatible Windows 11 computer and additional equipment may be required before servicing, depending on the selected program.
