McKinstry is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sustainability to lead enterprisewide decarbonization and climate strategies across nationwide operations. The role focuses on fleet, facilities, procurement, and travel to drive net-zero progress over the next decade. The candidate will manage GHG accounting for Scopes 1-3, develop supplier engagement and data frameworks, and partner with internal teams to implement sustainability enhancements. Strong leadership and storytelling are essential.
