About the role
This is an established specialist in alternative risk transfer, known globally for structuring complex multi-year, multi-line insurance programs and designing innovative parametric solutions for multinational clients. The team in place is highly respected and already operating globally. Property-led and now developing its liability opportunity, the business has matured substantially outside the US in recent years - and that momentum is paving the way for the next stage: building out the US.Working remotely, you'll lead the technical underwriting side of that growth strategy - with the freedom to work your existing Broker network, introduce the business's capability and expertise and build the opportunities that prove out ART advice in market. This is a genuine inflection point. The global team, technical infrastructure and track record are already there - but the US territory is still wide open. So you get to build it regionally from the ground up and properly make your mark, backed by all the tools and support you'd expect from a business that's done this before. You'll ideally bring previous experience in alternative risk transfer - carrier, MGA, or Broker side - with strength in structured solutions and parametrics across property and liability.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
