Purchasing Assistant
Location: Fargo ISG-ES located in Fargo, ND.
Duration: 24 Months on W2 Contract 1st shift.
Job Description:
Core hours 9-3NO REMOTETeams interview-30 minutes or onsite if talent is local
Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.
Top 3 skillsets:
- AGILE experience to approve changes. Ability to learn these systems.
- Data Entry experience- update PO'sReport running
- Purchasing background at an entry level only. NO ADVANCED purchasing as this is a Jr. role
Job responsibilities:
- Distribute reports to suppliers such as EDI, Reschedules, Forecasts, etc, Receive and Process PO requests Enter reschedule responses from Suppliers into E10 Purchasing responsibility for lesser complex commodities and non-inventory items
- What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences):1 or more years' experience in Purchasing, Supply Management, or Data Entry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel). V-look ups
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences):Ability to analyze data and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability in relationship building and interpersonal communications.
Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process Purchasing, Planning, and Production processes.
Knowledge of Epicor E10 ERP System
Education:
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Minimum: Associates Degree in Business/Supply Management or related field or equivalent experience.
