We are an authorized jeweler for Rolex, Breitling, TAG Heuer, and other leading brands, serving clients from two locations in Lighthouse Point. The Role: We're looking for an experienced, brand-certified watchmaker to join our in-house watch service department full-time, on-site. You'll service luxury Swiss timepieces to manufacturer standards, from routine maintenance to complete movement overhauls.
What You'll Do: Inspect, diagnose and evaluate mechanical and quartz luxury timepieces to determine service and repair needs Perform complete movement services: disassemble, clean, lubricate, repair, reassemble and regulate Handle the full range of watch services, including batteries, gaskets, crystal replacement, and case and bracelet polishing and refinishing Run timing, accuracy and water-resistance testing and final quality control on every completed piece Follow manufacturer technical procedures and service standards Identify and flag quality or authenticity concerns Order replacement parts and maintain tool and parts inventory Keep detailed, accurate service records and track repair progress Serve as the technical resource for our sales team and consult with clients on service and care Participate in ongoing brand technical training
Requirements: Current service certification from Rolex or another major Swiss watch manufacturer (e.g., Breitling, Omega, TAG Heuer, Cartier, or similar)5+ years of professional Swiss watchmaking experience Demonstrated experience performing complete movement overhauls Formal watchmaking training (CW21, WOSTEP, SAWTA or equivalent) preferred Exceptional precision, attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to manage multiple repairs independently, with strong organization and documentation habits Professional, client-friendly communication
