Sales Recruiter IIIOur client, a global, diversified technology company and the world's largest online retailer, is seeking a Sales Recruiter III to join their US recruiting organization. It is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit team specializing in the sourcing and recruitment of high-level sales candidates! This particular role requires a strong CLOSER; someone who can finish the task of bringing very high-level candidates into the organization. They should have strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and be a polished and persuasive communicator. This team member will also interface with very high-level internal customers and should be able to create hiring plans related to business needs, headcount, and strategy while aligning closely with internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships, which will align successfully in the organization. You must be located in either Seattle, be willing to work in the office. You must have recruited for high-level sales roles and/or GTM for tech companies.Locations: Seattle, WA 98101 (100% Onsite) OR Arlington, VA (100% Onsite)Pay Range: $52-59/hr.
