About the role
Associate Sales Manager Oklahoma City, OK Overview Jasco is seeking an Associate Sales Manager to support customer opportunities, sales initiatives, and key business projects. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure customer requests, launches, and business objectives are executed on time. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while working with a variety of teams. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep projects moving forward despite competing deadlines and shifting priorities. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning the sales lifecycle, customer development, or project management. You'll gain exposure to how customer opportunities progress from initial strategy discussions through planning, execution, launch, and ongoing account support.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Support Support customer opportunities, programs, and requests. Coordinate line reviews, promotions, quotes, and item setup activities. Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews. Assist with account planning and sales execution activities. Project Coordination Manage project timelines, milestones, and action items. Schedule meetings, document next steps, and drive follow-up. Track customer deadlines and escalate risks when needed. Support product launches and customer-specific initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a liaison between Sales and internal teams. Coordinate activities across Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Operations. Facilitate communication to keep projects on track and aligned. Reporting & Process Improvement Maintain project documentation and action-item tracking. Support reporting, analytics, and business reviews. Document processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience in sales support, project coordination, account management, customer service, or business operations. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Self-starter with high attention to detail and accountability. Why This Role?
