JOB SUMMARY:
Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates the educational programs for appropriate nursing unit cluster (Centralized Support Services), including community, orientation, and in-service for professional development. Assists in developing programs to meet the Joint Commission standard requirements for education. Participates in direct nursing care.
