We are now expanding that foundation into Coaches.com, an instantly recognizable platform designed to become the trusted destination for brands, consumers, and coaches. How we work Coaches.com is a remote-first company with teammates distributed throughout the globe. This role works United States business hours, Monday to Friday. Our selling day concentrates between 9am and 1pm Eastern, when just over half of all enrollments happen. You need to be available through that window regardless of where you live. There are opportunities to work weekends. Your calendar is filled for you, and you are expected to build on it. Our marketing and setting teams book thousands of appointments a month across the team. Alongside that you work your own outbound against thousands of fresh buyer leads. Why we’re looking for you We are looking for an Enrollment Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is best suited for people who are passionate about helping individuals change their lives through 1:1 accountability coaching, have a track record of sales excellence, and are committed to having transformational conversations with clients that want to change their own lives for the better. The Impact You’ll Have Become an expert in our coaching product and products of our upstream partners so that you can advise potential clients in a high-trust manner. Collaborate closely with our accountability coaches and customer success team to deliver a seamless coaching experience to clients. Go above and beyond delivering and exceeding your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in high-volume SMB or direct-to-consumer sales requiring one or two call closes Documented personal production at or above $500,000 a year in cash collected, in a comparable consumer closing role Consultative, customer-first sales approach History of personal and professional excellence Lifelong learner mindset and commitment to professional growth and development You thrive while working in a fast-paced environment where change is common. You have strong sales acumen, effective time management and organization skills. Experience in health and accountability coaching (selling to or working in) is a huge plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this role is USD $100,000 on-Target Earnings (50/50 base + commission with uncapped commission).
