Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex family law matters including divorce, custody, visitation, support, and property division
Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials
Draft and review pleadings, motions, separation agreements, and settlement documents
Develop legal strategy for high-conflict and sensitive family law matters
Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution outcomes
Conduct legal research and detailed case analysis
Mentor junior attorneys or support staff, as appropriate

Qualifications:

Approximately 12 years of dedicated family law experience
Proven ability to independently manage sophisticated and high-conflict matters
Significant courtroom, trial, and negotiation experience
Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in sensitive cases
Excellent written, verbal, and client-communication skills
