Optical Manager with Agnite Health LLCKlassic Recruiting and Agnite Health has partnered together in a search for an Optical Manager in Austin, Texas. The Optical Manager is responsible for the management of billing specialists whose responsibility is focused on the timely collection of both insurance and patient accounts receivables for Agnite Health LLC clients. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS5 years hands-on, Optical accounts receivable/billing experience required Minimum 2 years people management experience Prior ophthalmology billing experience preferredCPC or OCS strongly preferred; OCS required within six (6) months of employmentESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIESMust exhibit energy and passion about serving clients and continual learning Must possess excellent verbal/written communication skillsMust possess outstanding interpersonal skills and desire to build a team oriented culture Must have exceptional analytical problem solving skillsMust possess extreme attention to detail Must be self-motivated and able to work independently Must have strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Sharefile, PM/EMR Systems, etc.
