New Business Development Manager – Retail Display & Structural Packaging United States (nationwide travel required)Competitive base + bonusI'm exclusively partnering with a well established manufacturer specializing in retail display, structural packaging, and high impact corrugated solutions for leading consumer brands. They work with major CPG companies and retailers to develop innovative point-of-purchase displays, retail ready packaging, merchandising solutions, and custom structural packaging programs that elevate the in store experience. This is a true new-business role, focused on winning new retail programs and building relationships with brand owners, marketing teams, procurement, and packaging decision-makers across North America.
The position: Win new business across retail display, POP/POS, structural packaging, and retail-ready packaging Develop relationships with major consumer brands, retailers, and CPG manufacturers Sell bespoke, design-led packaging and display programs, not commodity corrugated Target marketing, shopper marketing, packaging development, procurement, and supply chain stakeholders Build long-term strategic partnerships with national accounts Work closely with structural design, estimating, and manufacturing teams to deliver tailored solutions Manage a national territory with regular travel What they're looking for: A proven hunter in POP/POS displays, retail display, structural packaging, or retail-ready packaging (must have)Experience selling into major consumer brands and retail accounts (must have)A track record of winning new programs with CPG, retail, beauty, personal care, food and beverage, or consumer goods customers (must have)A background selling value-added, design-led packaging rather than commodity brown-box corrugated (must have)Experience at firms such as Smurfit West Rock (Display), Menasha, Pratt Display, Great Northern, Georgia-Pacific Display, Vanguard Packaging, or similar is highly desirable Comfortable owning a national territory and working autonomously Why this role: Join a respected manufacturer with a strong reputation in retail display and structural packaging Win major national retail and brand programs Strong design, manufacturing, and operational support behind you Highly autonomous, with genuine influence over commercial growth Competitive base with uncapped bonus potential Questions?
