Job Description: IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking Welders for a growing, technology-focused manufacturing operation. This position involves welding and fabricating steel components while working from drawings and work instructions to produce quality finished products.

Responsibilities: Perform production welding and fabrication Fit and weld steel components Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Use welding and fabrication tools safely Grind and finish components as needed Follow established safety and quality procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with the production team to meet daily goals

Qualifications: Previous welding or fabrication experience preferredMIG welding experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and measurements Strong attention to detail and weld quality Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to safely use welding and fabrication equipmentINDSXF #TALROO
