About the role

Global Foundries is seeking a Principal Product/Test Engineer to drive yield and cost improvements across Automotive and Industrial semiconductor portfolios. You will lead new product introduction and legacy sustaining activities, interfacing with fab, assembly, and test teams while applying C/C++, Python, and/or Java development to productize device families.
