This position is hybrid, based out of our client's Midtown Manhattan office near Grand Central Station, with a minimum of three days per week in office or at client sites – putting you at the center of the action where ideas move faster, relationships build stronger, and your impact is visible in real time. As a Learning Consultant, you will: Drive Revenue & Build Client Relationahships Generate business through your network and our client's established relationships Partner with Senior Learning Consultants on enterprise client opportunities Prospect, qualify, and close opportunities with mid-to-senior level leaders Draft compelling proposals and respond to RFPsExpand and grow existing client relationships over time Travel up to 25% to client locations to build business and deliver programs Deliver High-Impact Solutions Become certified in our client's suite of training and coaching services Design and facilitate engaging, skills-based learning experiences Coach executives and senior leaders one on one Lead dynamic group sessions that connect directly to real business challenges Grow the Business and Yourself Collaborate with colleagues to deliver elevated client experiences Contribute to the development of new products and services Actively build your personal brand and reputation in the marketplace Continuously invest in your professional growth Who Thrives in This Role Sales professionals who bring sales experience, executive presence, and intellectual curiosity You have:6+ years of corporate professional sales experience, ideally with business development or consultative sales responsibilityA strong track record of selling services and solutionsA strong ability to engage senior leaders and influence decisions Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsA persuasive, entrepreneurial mindset Detail-focus, project management, and organizational skillsA bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)You are: Motivated by results and relationships Comfortable owning revenue goals Energized by learning and teaching others Resourceful, credible, and adaptable Compensation, Growth, and
