About the role
- Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment
- Understanding of quality processes and procedures
- Safety conscious attitude with a good understanding of general safety requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Job Specifications:
- Able to lift up to 45 lbs
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time and reach and move about facility
- Overtime may be required
- Occasional travel, including international
- High School Diploma; post-secondary education is preferred
- Greater than 6 months experience in card personalization is highly preferred
- Mathematical ability required
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast pace and demanding environment
- Excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently or as a team member
