The business is growing its customer base year on year. In this role you will travel to customer sites across the US, troubleshooting, repairing and installing specialist ground support equipment. You will be the technical point of contact on site, delivering maintenance training to customers, feeding issues back to the internal technical team, and building real depth on a niche product range that very few technicians get exposure to. You will be trusted to work independently from day one, with the technical team behind you when you need them. This role would suit a GSE, AGE or ASE technician, or someone transitioning out of the military on aerospace ground equipment, looking for autonomy, full product training and the security of a global manufacturer.
