About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Sales to spearhead the development and execution of the overall sales strategy, with a focus on driving revenue growth and strengthening travel advisor and trade partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales organization, including field sales, key accounts, and sales engagement, and ensuring that the team consistently meets company goals. This role requires a leader who can translate commercial priorities into clear market plans, and who is adept at using data and market insights to adjust sales strategies. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with maintaining senior-level relationships with strategic partners and representing the company at key industry events. Candidates for the Vice President of Global Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive sales and commercial leadership experience, with at least 5 years' at a senior leadership level. A background in travel, cruise, hospitality, luxury, tour operation, or related consumer travel experience is strongly preferred. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth, as well as a strong understanding of travel agency distribution and trade partnerships.
