About the role
- You have 2-4 years of generalist HR experience
- You have experience responding to employee questions and supporting managers with routine HR matters
- You understand core HR policies, practices, and employment regulations
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing confidential information
- You communicate effectively and know when sensitive or complex issues should be escalatedHR certification preferred
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on day-to-day HR questions
- Assist with documenting and addressing employee and workplace matters
- Support performance management processes and related follow-upMaintain HR documentation and help ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Coordinate with other HR team members on employee programs and initiatives
