About the role
- Greet guests and provide accurate information on schedules, routes, pricing, and policies
- Actively engage the general public along the riverwalk and surrounding areas"Pound the pavement" to generate interest and drive same-day ticket sales
- Initiate conversations, overcome objections, and close sales on the spot
- Promote upgrades, premium experiences, and cross-brand offerings
- Distribute wristbands and/or boarding passes, and assist with wayfinding and boarding
- Support crowd flow and manage sales traffic during peak times
- Process electronic POS transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready booths
- Communicate with operations regarding capacity and scheduling
- Restock brochures and supplies
- Assist with special events and other operational needs as required

- Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, sun, cold, wind, rain)
- Comfortable in high-traffic, guest-facing environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light supplies
- $15/hour base pay + 3% uncapped commission on all sales
