Now Hiring: Production Associates - Steady Hands WantedGot great attention to detail and don't mind sitting down to do precision work? GlobalTec is hiring Production Associates to build quality parts on our production team - no prior manufacturing experience required, we'll train you, including IPC 620 certification.
The Job:
Build quality products to spec and on time, working with small parts, wires, and tools like crimpers, wire strippers, and soldering equipment. You'll verify job paperwork and setup with your Lead, use precise measurement tools, help train new associates, and keep your workstation clean - all from a comfortable, seated workstation (no heavy lifting beyond 15 lbs occasionally).What It Takes:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, Titmus (color vision) test, and IPC certification
- Good hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and sharp eyesight for small-part and wire-ID work
- Comfortable sitting for up to 8 hours/shift doing focused, repetitive tasks
