About the role
Job Overview:Insight Global is seeking an CSR for its client who is a multi-regional producer of cement, aggregate, ready-mix concrete and fly ash processing located in the eastern United States. This role will be located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Responsibilities Include The Following: Communication and follow up with customers, sales team, credit, accounts receivable department, scale house, internal plants, outside vendors, customer care creating a relationship that makes the individual feel like they are the most important and top priorityManage all aspects of customer accounts, to include research and resolution of billing issues, as well as follow up of product returns and load diversionsUse problem solving techniques to resolve issues, know when to engage othersUse of SAP, JWS, and Systech softwareSet up and maintain customer master price list for external and internal sales in multiple systemsMaintain all customer master files as it pertains to fuel surcharge, freight, set up of new ship to locationsRun weekly and monthly reports; utilizing environmentally friendly methods of distributing to internal customersRequest proof of deliveries from haulers; coordinate with Logistics Department on all freight related mattersCopy, file, search archives and retrieve tickets for assigned accountsMust Haves:2-3 years administrative experience and Associates Degree/Bachelor’s Degree preferredStrong Customer Service or accounting related experience preferably in a Sales environmentAnalytical and communication skills to deliver best resultsStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Oracle or SAP)A good listener, ability to solve problems with minimal supervisionHigh energy and proactive when a customer needs assistance, often delivering more than what was requiredStrong team concept skills requiredAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; strong time management and strong organizational skills requiredAbility to prioritize work projectsFlexible, interested in trying new techniques; coachable
