About the role
- Own the retailer relationships across the Olympia market — convenience, grocery and independents
- Visit accounts on a set route; verify placement, pricing, cold-box position, POS and inventory
- Track and report store-level activity weekly: velocity, voids, out-of-stocks, competitive moves and new placements
- Work alongside the Pepsi distributor team to fix issues fast and win new doors
- Run sampling and local activations that drive trial and repeat purchase
- Be the eyes and ears of the brand — feed real market intelligence back to leadership
- What You Bring 3+ years in beverage or CPG field sales, field marketing, or distributor account management
- Experience inside convenience and grocery retail; you know how a shelf gets won
- Organized and data-disciplined — reporting is part of the job, not an afterthought
- Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable owning a market with light supervision
- Valid driver's license, clean record and your own vehicle; local to the Olympia area
- What You Get$65,000–$75,000 base salary, based on experience
