About the Role: Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Manufacturing and Logistics leads IBVI’s manufacturing and logistics operations, shapes strategy with executive leadership, and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities: Lead operations and people: Oversee and mentor manufacturing and logistics teams, embedding IBVI’s mission, values, and performance standards. Execute strategy: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to turn the strategic plan into measurable goals, reporting, and results. Drive performance: Lead Vendor Relations, Supply Chain Distribution, Logistics, Production, Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Multi-Plant Operations, and Product Engineering while strengthening financial performance, resource management, and administrative efficiency. Manage risk and compliance: Maintain fiscal controls, quality standards, contract compliance, and applicable Ability One Program and Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements. Build relationships: Collaborate with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; uphold ethical practices; and resolve issues effectively.
What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field from an accredited institution; advanced degree preferred. Eight or more years of manufacturing, distribution, and operations experience, including at least five years managing people. Experience leading diverse teams, developing organization-wide strategies, and partnering with a CEO and executive leadership team. Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to think strategically, develop tactical plans, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure. Demonstrated integrity, credibility, leadership, and commitment to excellence and results.
Work Requirements: Occasional travel is required. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
