Birthday Party Staff NeededFlipStar Gymnastics Academy | New Lenox, IL Must be 16 years or older Bring energy and make memories! FlipStar Gymnastics Academy is hiring party staff to join our team. This is an excellent first job for motivated high school students and a strong opportunity for anyone who loves working with kids and delivering great customer service. Experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person. If you bring energy, reliability, and a great attitude, we will teach you the rest.
The role:
  • Host and run birthday parties from setup through cleanup
  • Create a high-energy, fun atmosphere while maintaining the highest level of safety
  • Build positive relationships with families and the birthday child
  • Keep the facility guest-ready and represent FlipStar professionally with every booked party

Schedule Minimum of three (3) self scheduled shifts per month1 Friday evening open gym from 7pm to 9:30pm per month minimum6 to 8 hour shifts Permanent part-time position CompensationPay is a flat rate at $15 per hour.
