About the role
Overview
We\u 2019re partnering with a fast-growing medical equipment manufacturer that designs ergonomic, compliance-driven solutions for hospital departments like Sterile Processing and GI/Endoscopy. They\u 2019re looking for a hunter \u 2014a capital equipment sales pro ready to chase large deals, work a healthy pipeline, and sell equipment that genuinely improves frontline clinical workflows.
Role Highlights
Remote-based with limited, targeted travel
Strong pipeline in place 2 currently 7
annual quota
600+ hospital territory with existing opportunity
Year 1 OTE $150k-$160k, Year 2 OTE $175k-$200k
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
50% consulting, proposals, and client follow-up
40% new business development (outbound prospecting, deal generation)
10% admin and Salesforce management

Sterile Processing and GI Departments
Ideal Background
3
7 years of hunting-focused capital sales experience
Strong organizational skills; experienced managing large, complex territories
Tech-savvy Salesforce Lightning experience preferred
Backgrounds in GI, surgical, or medical capital sales are highly valued
This is not a lead response role.
We\u 2019re looking for someone who thrives in the chase, knows how to ask great questions, and understands how to win complex hospital deals through real clinical consultative selling.
