About the role
Leading high-impact initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Engagement Strategy will manage a team of 7 Engagement Strategy Managers, driving strategic member communication programs and transforming customer engagement through data-informed marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, focusing on building data-driven consulting skills and high-level account strategy
Own the annual strategy and budget, creating scalable marketing frameworks to improve team performance and reverse utilization declines
Establish operational strategies and governance models, leveraging AI and standardized tools to maximize impact and efficiency
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B or relationship-driven corporate marketing, with at least 5 years in a management role
Experience in digital health or fast-growing technology companies is preferred
Proven ability to develop corporate marketing strategies that drive measurable user outcomes
Exceptional skill in translating complex data into strategic insights for diverse stakeholders
Strong background in customer-facing roles with a track record of persuading stakeholders to adopt marketing recommendations
