About the role

Responsibilities: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical building systems. - Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. - Monitor and maintain HVAC equipment, chilled/hot water systems, pumps, piping, and controls. - Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to restore normal operations. - Install and repair plumbing, piping, tubing, electrical controls, and motors. - Respond to emergency service calls and assist with other maintenance duties as needed.
Requirements: 4 years of commercial building maintenance experience with strong HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge. - Experience troubleshooting HVAC systems, electrical controls, motors, and mechanical equipment. - Knowledge of OSHA standards and applicable building codes. - Experience with Niagara/Tridium BAS and CMMS software (e.g., Corrigo) preferred. - EPA 608 Universal certification preferred, but not required. - Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., work on ladders, and participate in overtime/on-call rotations.
