As a Traveling Superintendent, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects across the retail sector. Daily Responsibilities:Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks Review and interpret blueprints and specifications Required Skills:3–5 years of experienceas a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects. Strong knowledge ofconstruction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Ability tocoordinate crews, subcontractors, and supplierseffectively. Union enrollment(Carpenters Union required for project compliance).Proficient inreading blueprints, scheduling, and job cost tracking. Excellentcommunication and leadership skillsfor field and client interactions. Willingness totravel extensivelywith flexibility for varying project sites.
