Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Agentic AI) - NYC-based Series A startup Location: West-Village, NYC, onsite 5 days a week Compensation: $200K - $300K + Equity + Benefits(No 3rd Parties or C2C)

Backed by leading venture capital firms, they recently raised a $30M Series A and are developing AI systems that understand how organizations operate and intelligently execute workflows.
Your Role: Build and deploy production LLM-based systems, AI agents, and agentic workflows Develop evaluation, feedback, and confidence systems that improve reliability and determine when to automate vs. involve a human Take AI capabilities from concept to production, working closely with engineering and product teams We’re Looking For 5+ years of engineering experience building and shipping production LLM-based systems Experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, evaluation, or context engineering Strong software engineering fundamentals with a self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments Why Join Us?
