About the role

Horizon Health in South Dakota is seeking a Full Time Medical Records Clerk to manage internal and external faxes, handle incoming and outgoing records, and review dictated notes for accuracy. You will be the process owner for sending and receiving X-ray images and reports, scan documents into the EMR, and collaborate with Health Information Technology staff to support patient care.
