We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our communications department, where you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of public relations, media outreach, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the drafting and distribution of press releases and media advisories.
Support the development of communication materials, including newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
Manage and update content on the organization's social media platforms.
Conduct research on industry trends and compile data for reports.
Help organize and promote events, workshops, and seminars.
Coordinate logistics for media engagements and interviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Basic knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.
